The views are worth 2 stars alone the food is French, the service is excellent. The wine list is simple and elegant.
The sea food is typical of the region... Fab. The Meat is top line, even the snails were excellent.
Good French restaurant with fantastic setting what more... Taken friends, would recommend to you and others. We will return. Lots of times! Christmas 2007 .... still well up to scratch.
Named after the first man to start work on the Channel Tunnel the museum attached to the restaurant is worth a visit too.
