The Casa Roja enjoys a brilliant setting with most of the tables on a deck over the the harbour wall looking down on to the fishing and pleasure boats.
We ate there twice in the week, says something in itself, The first time the food was fresh the service was good heading for 5 stars you might think .... the second time the food was dry the service slow and surely so on balance 3 is a good result. First visit on Thursday (resort change over day!?!) the specials were both fresh tasting fish dishes, the waiters were keen go back on Tuesday and the specials were on the table almost before we had finished the starters, they seemed less fresh then it took age to get the bill and we were not offered the dessert menu either. I wondered if they do the prep a week at a time to impress customers early in their stay to get 2 visits but don't expect a 3rd visit.......
